Products Many of our products are custom built to fulfil requirements which have previously been completed manually. We also modify existing machinery enabling it to complete new roles. This has proved extremely cost effective usually saving about half of the cost of buying the new machine to complete the task. We have put a selection of some of the more unusual and popular machines below, but we find that we are only limited by your imagination! Self Propelled Mower This modification was based upon a New Holland 1900 Self Propelled. The machine was redundant from its original use however with the addition of a CLAAS 9 metre mower it has a new lease of life at a fraction of the cost of the equivalent new item. These units are scratch built in our facility and as a concept for zero grazing are well proven for efficient feeding of cattle. Our machines allow you to get the most out of your pasture at a fraction of the cost of the equivalent branded items.
We have manufactured these wagons from 12 to 20 feet which have weight capacity of between 6 to 12 tonnes. Below: 20 foot Version with mower.
The mower illustrated above was a Kidd Clipper two drum mower modified by ourselves to a direct cut mower.
These units allow swift and even distribution of sawdust bedding or sand. The machine is simple and effective and offers a very short term payback. Toe Tip Bucket These buckets are based on the tried and tested design however the cost is significantly less than the equivalent branded items.
The cattle grid illustrated here is a quick fit unit which can be fitted into a pre dug earth hole in approximately 2 hours. This saves the usual one week of work preparing a concrete base etc.
